For nearly 10 years, I have worked in the agency industry as a spatial designer and creative consultant, and I have sadly witnessed many people around me suffer from burnout. As a protective measure, I began to immerse myself in mindfulness and meditation, pursuing further training. As a systemic coach (certified by DCV) with a focus on mindfulness, my goal is to provide as many people as possible with the tools to enhance their stress resilience and effectively face daily challenges.

Today's world is fast-paced and complex. Constant changes challenge our mental health. To cope with this, it's important to realign our inner compass and mindset. Mindfulness, self-reflection, and body awareness help build inner strength and manage stress more effectively. I support people in finding their own path and share my experiences from my ongoing journey of learning.

"Yoga is more than just a practice on the mat" – for me, it is a lifestyle that accompanies me 24 hours a day. I am a Hatha, Vinyasa, and Rocket Yoga instructor, specializing in the elements that I incorporate into my classes. Through meditation, pranayama, and asanas, we can bring the five elements within us back into balance. Let me introduce you to the world of yoga and the elements – I look forward to it.

As a marathon runner and Personal Trainer, I’ve always known how to push my body to its limits. But I’ve learned that true strength comes from balance—knowing when to move and when to let go. By learning to unwind and give my muscles time to release and recover, I’ve improved not just my physical performance but also my mental resilience. My goal is to help others find this balance, unlocking their full potential by combining movement with moments of restoration.

As a holistic nutrition consultant, I believe that food has healing powers! The foundation for a healthy mindset is a healthy body—it is our temple and our most valuable asset. Because we sometimes forget this in today's loud and fast-paced world, I aim to inspire others to eat more consciously and mindfully and to understand which foods and eating habits nourish the body.

Mental health is vital because it shapes how we experience and respond to life’s challenges, influencing our capacity for balance, resilience, and growth. You can train your mind to navigate adversity with equanimity, kindness, and break free from ingrained patterns that hold you back.

Hi, I'm Patricia – founder of Slows!
I am actually an industrial engineer and former social media consultant who took my work a bit too seriously and neglected other areas of my life. Mental health is important to me because people are important to me! We only have this one health, and we can proactively do something about it.
