All of our courses take place at our studio in Berlin.

In this class we create a safe space for women. The focus is on the female body and its connection to stress, hormones, and the pelvic floor. Each month has a new theme with practices from cycle yoga and psychology. Sometimes we move gently, sometimes we meditate, sometimes we share. The goal is balance for body and mind and practical tools for everyday life. Please bring your journal and wear comfortable clothing.
