Learn to understand your menstrual cycle and use its phases to your advantage.
This class connects physical, mental, and emotional aspects of your cycle. We’ll also discuss symptoms like PMS, headaches, or sleep disturbances – and how to ease them.

Together, we reflect on the past week. First, everyone writes down their thoughts in the form of journaling. Afterwards, insights can be shared. Through prompts, open questions, and group discussions, we create a safe space for the exchange of thoughts and strategies. The structure of the course is flexible and will be adapted to the needs and dynamics of the group. Nina, the therapist, moderates and leads the course.

In this class, you can expect a harmonizing Vinyasa flow that, through meditation, pranayama, and asana practice, brings body and mind back into balance. In the Yang phase, we gently flow through various asanas to warm and mobilize the body. In the Yin phase, asanas are held for longer periods, allowing for a deeper stretch and calming the mind.
